Hours of Operation

We are open to the public 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Norfolk Law Library is closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the following day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Directions

From Virginia Beach, Virginia:

Take 264 WEST towards Norfolk and continue towards downtown Norfolk. Take the Waterside Drive exit, exit number 9, on left. After exiting, carefully cross over to the extreme left hand lane and go to the first traffic light. Turn left onto Water Street. You will be in front of Dominion Tower (a 26 story brown marble building with a "Bank of Hampton Roads" sign at top). Pass the front of the building and turn right into the attached parking garage (blue whales are painted on the side of the garage).


From Richmond, Virginia:

After crossing the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, take I-64 EAST. Take the I-564/US-460/Granby Street exit, exit number 276, towards the Naval Base. Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Granby Street. After a few miles, turn right onto Monticello Avenue which becomes Saint Paul's Blvd. Stay on Saint Paul's BLVD. and go through the light at the intersection of Waterside Drive. You should be in front of Dominion Tower (a 26 story brown marble building with a "Bank of Hampton Roads" sign at top). Pass the front of the building and turn RIGHT into the attached parking garage (it has blue whales painted on it).
